Biography

Georgie has completed both her White Belt and Nia Moving to Heal training. Georgie has qualifications in education and training and has spent many years coaching others to improve their work or life skills.

Georgie has attended Nia training retreats and danced with several Nia teachers to gain insight into how to continuously add value to her Nia practice.

‘From the first time I stepped into a Nia class back in 2017 I had a desire the teach Nia. I never ceased to be amazed at the benefits I feel from doing Nia, whether it is a five, twenty, or hour long routine. Nia is a great way to start, enhance, or end the day.’

Georgie has completed the Nia Moving to Heal training to expand her knowledge and skills of how Nia can assist in the healing process whether it is mind, body, spirit or emotions. She is passionate about assisting others in keeping their bodies moving and helping them link to the beauty of the music and movement that is Nia.

Georgie offers classic Nia classes and is also available for individual/group classes for Moving to Heal.
